At Vital Range, every item is made to order. Because of this, we strive to deliver high-quality products you’ll love. Below is our return policy based on our production partner’s guidelines.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will replace it at no cost to you.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  1. Your order number
  2. A brief description of the issue
  3. Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item

We will take care of the replacement right away.

Sizing Issues

Because each item is made to order, we currently cannot offer returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing. We know this can be frustrating, and as a new business we are actively working on developing better solutions for sizing exchanges in the future.

To help ensure the best fit, please refer to the detailed size charts included on every product page. If you ever have questions about fit, we’re happy to help before you place your order!

Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us. We’ll work with our carrier and production partner to make it right.

Order Changes or Cancellations

Because items start production shortly after an order is placed, we can’t guarantee cancellations or changes once an order has begun fulfillment. If you need a change, reach out as soon as possible.
